Dry heat sterilization eliminates, removes, kills or deactivates all forms of life and other biological agents (such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, spore forms and prions) by raising the temperature of an item to above 160°C (320°F). Heated air or steam can be used in this process. Our lab sterilizers are ideal for laboratory and pharmaceutical applications.
Dry heat ovens have several advantages of steam autoclaves, including higher temperatures and the ability to sterilize materials that might be damaged to steam or are impenetrable to moist heat. It is the most effective sterilization method, with lower energy and cost.
Unlike its competitors, Inotek Solutions uses its own, sophisticated temperature management system. High accuracy and minimal fluctuations are achieved with the help of PID algorithm and Pt1000 temperature measuring probe. Heater operation and temperature can be monitored on a 3.5 ”LCD touch screen.
